LeaseCheck highlights terms that may deserve a closer look. It does not guarantee that it has found every issue, that any flagged item is or is not a problem, or any particular outcome. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Payments
Paid reports and premium templates are described at checkout, where pricing is shown before you pay. Refund and support terms are handled through support.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LeaseCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Decisions about your lease are your own; for legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
